I don't order flowers that regulary but when I have Petit Floral Studio is one I have use more often than not. I myself have been the reciever of flowers from Petit and I have always been pleased. 10 years of satisfing business. Unfortunately I experienced a less than happy moment with an ordered arrangement recently. Which could have been the result of a number of reasons and circumstances. It seemed out of character knowing Petit's reputation so I thought I would phone to let them know. Lettie was the lovely lady who took my call and she gave me all the time I needed to express my concerns with the arrangement. Without delay Lettie offered to resend a replacement gift which totally exceded my expectations, Lettie also suggested some different options to my original order. I was so extremely happy and a little shocked at such amazing customer service; sadly not a common ocurrence in our society these days, hence, the review. Petit Floral Studio deserve all the support and success and I am grateful for good old fashion customer service. Well done Petit Floral Studio and thank you again to Lettie.
