Transform Fitness offer a fitness centre that fosters a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, and provide a team of well trained professionals who are committed to exceeding the expectations of members at every level. Personal trainers (Liam, Syn, Tim, Brad, Jodi & Scott) have helped me to achieve goals and increase my fitness levels and stay in shape. I love the personal training, FIRE (focused intense resistance exercise) and ICE (intense cardio exercise) classes that they run on a daily basis. The trainers passion, enthusiasm and motivation helps to drive me to achieve and perform the best I can every time. I never thought that I would be able to lift weights, do leg presses and be able to do real push ups (i now can!) My overall fitness level has improved dramatically and I feel better within myself. I was a person who never did much training at all and now I'm there nearly every morning for ICE class and three times a week for PT sessions. I just love it and in the short time that I have been going I have seen results physically and feel healthy and happy. I would recommend Transform Fitness to anyone looking to change they way they feel about themselves, as I can tell you that you will see results, and these results will happen in a short period.
