Hi there, my 85 year old mother has recently been diagnosed with a condition that requires her to reduce her sodium intake. Mum has always been a lover of chutneys, pickles, sauces etc that are notoriously high in salt. So finding your Tomato Relish that is relatively low in sodium has been marvellous.
