I dont normally write reviews but godness these girls deserve one! My finace brought me a beautiful pendant from their store, over two years ago. I've started to get to know the girls there for I often come in and get my necklace polished and cleaned. The employees there are absolutely amazing! Just a month ago I came to them about a piece of the Gold structure holding the jewel breaking due to overwear. (I've worn it every single day, shower, training etc - so it is my fault for it breaking). They inspected the pendant and had a look at my options. They talked me through what I could do, not only did they try and get me the cheapest option for repairing the pendant they searched all the stores for the pendant and had it shipped to their store for me! The pendant normally costs $229 and they sold the brand new pendant for $110. I couldn't be more happy! They did everything ao quickly for me and called me every week to give me an update on whats going on and "to let me know they haven't forgotten about me". They have been so helpful and wonderful! I know this is a very long review but it is definitely worth shopping with the girls at Goldmark in belconnen
