We had a problem with an electic leather recliner, we contacted Hervey Norman who put us onto a different company, who could not be bothered to answer. We again rang HN.who then gave us Craigs no.(Nash upholstery).Upon ringing we were informed that it would be sometime that day,surprise ,within 2 hours Craig had arrived, discovered the problem & arranged for us to pick up the required part from their business.We are not charged a callout fee, just the price of the part(whitch worked) & we could not be more than pleased & more than willing to recommend them to anybody.
