Added costs include refitting and removing, new oil, new coolant, engine cleaning and the list goes on. All of this adds up to a comparable price, and you run the risk that your engine won’t even start.

Q: How often should I check my engine oil?
A: You should get your car engine oil checked every month ideally. Also aim to service your car every year.
