Gave us a detailed quote which was best of three. Gave us a date and arrived at 8.00am on that date with his sparky and was gone at about 11.00am. Supplied his own tarp for indoors, cleaned up on completion and left the place immaculate both inside and outside. Fully recommend to anyone considering a heat pump installation. D & L Thomas
