How amazing are these people? On a extremely short notice they made themselves available for an urgent visitor, 3 days became 5 without a single murmur as these people made things happen for myself and my friend. Puppa did not want to leave his new best friends and has been eager for another visit which is coming up again soon methinks. Very reasonably priced and no complaints whatsoever. Extra credit for them having a great sense of humour when things were a struggle on my end. Ben & Lucy, you are amazing!! Charters Towers is SO lucky to have you. Toured their facilities briefly on drop-off- everything was clean, friendly with a calm and happy-go-lucky environment. Friends have dropped their cat there and commended them for having 'real' cat toys like boxes, secure shelves and plenty of hiding spots with regular human interaction. 10/10
