Established in 2002, Foundations Family Nutrition helps individuals, families and organizations establish life-long health through innovative programs, interactive activities and nutrition counseling. We work in partnership with families, healthcare providers and organizations to develop customized programs that are based on the latest developments in nutrition science and our in-house expertise.

Accredited Practising Dietitian & Accredited Practising Nutritionist, Rachel currently writes for Food on Tap & is regularly called upon as a nutrition expert for media commentary. She believes that food is there to be enjoyed as well as nourish. Currently Rachel works as a Project Coordinator for the TAC in Victoria. Previously Rachel was the Ambassador for IGA Supermarket's Food4Life Program.

Latrobe Health Centre has outgrown our previous clinic at 94-96 McKillop St and has recently relocated to new refurbished premises in La Trobe Terrace. We hope you enjoy our bigger, brighter and nicer premises. Plenty of parking on the rear lane at the back of the property.

I will design an easy to follow, step by step program that is designed specifically for you and your unique health concerns. The protocols have been created from both clinical experience and up to date scientific evidence based research. The consultation involves assessing medical history, symptoms, diet and state of mind.
