After the entre of the first block, I set Danny @ Magill Demolitions the challenge of Lot 2, featuring a double brick house, trees, loads of concrete and some asbestos for good measure. Being his usual ninja self, he had managed to quote on the job before I even checked my email and the job commenced on the day quoted. Its also worth noting what he does as part of the service. He arranged for the decommissioning of the electrical panel with SA Power Networks. Closed off the Gas but left the infrastructure as it would be to the advantage of the new build. Council demolition permits. All the stuff I wouldnt think about. The house was levelled and cleared within a week. And for the recyclers amongst us, its clear by the way they divided materials that they give a s**t about what they do and its impacts on the environment. Its not a cheap process but its a VALUE service with a lot of on-costs us plebs wouldnt imagine, yet not one of my friends guessed under the amount I paid. Again, the site was left spotless and the boys disappeared as discreetly as they appeared. Dont muck around getting 3 quotes. Get it done right, call Danny and Vita, save yourself the stress and let them do what they do best.
