Dancing has been proven to assist with spine and posture. It is regarded as a more moderate impact physical exercise variety. Dancing is instinctive to children who respond to music. Certainly with the variety of latin, salsa and ballet dance types (to name a few) dancing is something we should actively continue in our adult lives.
