A badly maintained industrial refrigeration system can become contaminated with germs that could impact the quality and hygiene of food. Consider these cool tips to keep your cool rooms and refrigerators clean and chilly.

Follow the manual and ask questions of the installation engineers. Design a maintenance schedule for your staff.
