I tried three or four concrete suppliers and they treated me like a third class person. Dealing with SUNMIX was like finding a ray of sunshine. Not only did Mike listen to me intently so as to be able to specify PRECISELY THE MIX I needed...........I even learned what SLUMP meant from him, he also sent a guy round to check the job to make sure I had not overlooked anything. The delivery guys were bang on time and they even helped me put the concrete into the former frame I put up......something they did not have to do. Look.........if there were TEN STARS TO TICK INSTEAD OF FIVE I WOULD HAVE TICKED THEM ALL ! It is the people who know what they are talking about, know how to respectfully treat their prospective customers and then go out of their way to do one better than others who really deserve to get the business. I am almost speechless with delight........just before I got to write this recommendation I got a phone call from Mike to check that everything went OK and to ask if I had any problems ....which I dont .....but I know if did have.....he would have gone out of his way to assist me.
