I cannot recommend Health Associates highly enough. Dr Chris Bowles is one of the best practitioners I have ever met, and helped me recover from a debilitating and extremely painful back condition that had been misdiagnosed by at least two other practitioners. Dr Chris helped me go from not being able to touch my own knees to running a half-marathon and getting back into regular exercise. Highly recommended - I will not go to another chiropractor again. They also have a wonderful remedial massage therapist, Carlie, who is absolutely brilliant - she is an expert at finding where your body is holding tension, the knotty calves and tight hamstrings, and her massages (and post massage stretch tips) help to ease that tightness and tension.
