helpful courteous staff who all deserve to be acknowledged for their fantastic customer service and communication skills.I have never had a reason to be unhappy with any service i have recieved from any staff member .It is a great chemist,cheap affordable products,great variety ,staff are friendly and cheerful all my experiences have been positive ,even my children enjoy our visits to the chemist ,its nice to feel welcome ,to get assistance when required without rudeness,sarcasm ,having to wait for ever for service ,i dont know about other friendlies stores but ours is fantastic .I highly recommend our store ,id rate them a 5.
