Always quick to respond and very accommodating to our needs - being flexible in time frames and numbers. We have used both the cattery and kennels and find them clean, welcoming, spacious and the other dogs and cats are looking well cared for and happy. We really like that our dogs are able to share a pen, just as they do at home and the dogs are always happy to go, they once only had 5 days between visits and were so excited to go back.
