We initially approached White Building with a draft of a new build, a 5x3, including a Games Room, Theatre Room and Office, plus a 1x1 Granny Flat. They turned our rough draft into a brilliant design to fit the tight Building envelope on our large block. They started our project as soon as the funds were available, and continued to work continuously until the project was finished in under 6 months. They used exceptionally competent sub-contractors for some elements of the build, and their own Tradesman for the main Timber frame construction, external cladding and the fit-out. The fitted kitchens and bathroom vanities were all done by their own in-house company, Cabstyle. Both the sub-contractors and the Builders came up with minor alterations to make the build better for when we moved in. I would recommend White Building to anyone considering a new build

Why you need to get a building consultant
