Brooks Hire commenced in 1979 when Doug Brooks purchased two u/s compressors on bankcard. In 1982 Doug purchased the first piece of mobile plant an 8 tonne JEC crane, by tender, which Doug drove to Eneabba. At the time of buying the crane, Doug was operating the business from a shed at Eneabba working 18 hour days and living 5 days a week in a humpy at the back of a shed.

Kennards Hire

My cat had decided to go adventuring and got himself at least 30ft up a gum tree and I had no way to get him down as I didnt have a ladder. I had to hire a ladder as my cat was distressed and I my neighbours were concerned as he was meowing pretty loudly. I found Kennards which was around the corner from where I lived which hires just about everything. They had a 35ft foot extension ladder and before you knew it my cat was out of the tree. They are relatively cheap and wonderful to do business with, next time cat goes adventuring up trees Ill be calling Kennards.
