Matt and his team at Bermagui Building and Construction are exceptionally skilled, innovative, reliable and organised builders. In 2018 Matt undertook a major renovation for us. The renovation ended up as an almost complete rebuild (thanks to termite damage). Our plans changed frequently and Matt showed a talent (and patience) to adapt and come up with innovative solutions to the various challenges we stumbled across. Matt is a very effective at communicator and at all stages in the process we were in control. He regularly found ways to reduce costs without cutting corners and was literally always ‘one step ahead’ of us in our thinking and planning. Matt is a Bermagui local and has unique access to the best contractors in the region. The work done by them was all first rate and on time. The end result is a beautiful well-constructed house which everyone loves – especially us. Thank you BBC!
