I have been training in another Form of Martial Arts for a long time and became frustrated by the injuries i received while doing same , Then i Found Rhee Taekwon-do ! This is a Fantastic way to get fit , have Loads of Fun and learn Self Defence all at the one time !! They teach all ages fro 3-5 year old PeeRhee Classes to 65 year old or older ! The Instructors are wonderful and help when ever and where ever needed ! I Highly Recommend Rhee Taekwon-do to ANYONE thinking of taking up Martial Arts , for Fitness , weight loss , self defence , or just a plain work out to get you out of the house !! Easy to Learn and Very Rewarding ..teaching Respect to all and receiving same ! Many Thanks....Onwards and upwards !! :)
