It is protected by our own 25 year structural warranty*, and when installed by an Authorised Outback Dealer you are covered by a one year installation warranty. The Stratco Outback range has been thoroughly engineered and tested to comply with all relevant Australian Standards. The major components are made from strong high tensile steel, while the fixings and brackets are galvanised.
Available in a wide range of high gloss colours to complement your home, the Stratco Outback features the sturdy Outback Deck, a steel roofing sheet with a clean, smooth underside that has a ‘ceiling-like’ finish. It can span up to 4.5 metres, allowing the support beams to be placed well apart for a clean, uncluttered finish. The structure is formed with strong and elegant, chamfered and fluted beams and columns.

You can change the delivery address by calling 1300 185 185 between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
You can cancel or change an order for Stratco manufactured product provided that manufacturing has not commenced. Orders for non-Stratco manufactured products can be cancelled or changed provided that the order has not been dispatched for delivery. You will need to call 1300 961 031 between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday to see if your order can be cancelled or changed.

In the right column under 'I don’t have a card yet', fill in your details and click 'Create Account'. Your online profile will be set up, your details will be processed and your Super Saver card will be sent to you in the post
Unless otherwise specified, the voucher will have the same duration as a voucher generated in-store. This duration is three months. However, from time to time we may choose to reduce or increase the duration of the vouchers at our discretion.
Yes, you will need a copy of your receipt to return your order.
