Each individual vehicle is different, but a rule of the thumb is that vehicles need to be in our possession for at least 2 hours for us to diagnose the vehicle correctly.
Each vehicle's costing is different. Sometimes we can give you an idea of the cost, but not always. If we can't give you a quote on arrival we will ring you and let you know what the cost will be.
The Battery Terminal does have a waiting room, but because most vehicles need to be with us for a lengthy time we suggest a cuppa at the cafe just up the road from The Battery Terminal.
The Battery Terminal has qualified tradesmen who are competent to work on caravans and boats. Replacement wiring, setup charging systems and customising each individual boat and caravan for customers is a speciality.
Yes, batteries will be replaced while you wait.
It is really important that the air conditioning is serviced every 2 years. *Please note that servicing of the air conditioning is not covered by standard logbook servicing.
